We ask that all clients provide us with a copy of the following: - Proof of Rabies vaccination - Proof of Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination - Last date and brand of flea/tick and heartworm medicine was applied - All of the questions answered in the portal upon creation of your account
Inclement Weather and Cancellation Policies: - During the event of a cancellation from our end, you will receive a full refund. - Any cancellations within 24 hours of a booking will be charged 50% of the visit fee. - Day of cancellations will be charged the full visit fee. - If you cancel a vacation drop-in booking before 12pm the day before the booking starts, you will receive a full refund. - If you cancel a booking anytime after 12pm from the day before the booking starts, you will receive a partial refund. - There will be a last minute add-on visit charge of $15 per visit when requested after the schedule has been finalized for the week. - All day of or day prior last minute requests will be charged an additional $20 per visit if we can accommodate it being added in to the schedule. - Due to the climate we live in, bookings may need to be shortened or cancelled. Depending on the temperatures of each day, we may shorten walks to prevent any injury (i.e. burns, frostbite) to ourselves or your pet, but will continue with an indoor playtime for the remainder of the visit after a quick outdoor potty break. - In the case of a state of emergency, we will do our best to care for your pet before the state of emergency starts, but please note that visits might be shortened and/or we may potentially be unable to make it to your location for the safety of our employees, we cannot risk driving in certain conditions. - In the case of a snow storm, if you are a vacation drop-in or house sitting client, we require for the safety of our employees to have your driveway clear of snow for us to park safely from the street. If you do not have a snow removal person we will arrange for our plow person to come clear your driveway and you will be in charge of payments for the snow removal.
Please note: - We do have a holiday rate charge on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve. - If we are taking your pup anywhere away from your home, please leave the required equipment out necessary for the trip. - If there is a chance of rain or snow, please provide us with the proper towels or necessities to dry your pup's feet off with so we do not use anything you wouldn't normally use.
